Arizona

This past weekend was so much fun. I flew down to Mesa, AZ to visit my girl friend from Helena (we moved the same time) and I went to a photo workshop. There is just something about Arizona, it is like my second home even though I've never lived there. Donovan and I used to go there at least once, usually twice a year when his parents lived there. We would golf, shop, eat out and enjoy the warmer weather.

This trip was a little different. Didn't really feel like shopping since I'm not the same size and hope I'm not the same size in 6 more months. So we went shopping one morning and Isaac got 4 new clothing items. I love shopping for kids!

We went hiking one day, got a pedicure one afternoon, ate a PF Chang's (YUMMY), and enjoying each other's company. My photo workshop was a long day, but so much fun and it was an overall great trip. By Sunday I missed Isaac and Donovan and was very ready to get home.

We went for a walk to the river east of Mesa on Sunday morning before I left. I didn't even know there was a "river" around Phoenix. It is a gorgeous location.

When I finally got home, Isaac was at the Airport to great me with a huge smile. I thought at least he was smiling at me - NO he wanted my laptop bag with wheels so he could roll it around the Airport. Glad he is such a daddy's boy right now.
