She's Here

So this is probably overdue, since she is 9 days old. I can't stop taking photos of this little girl. She is such a wonderful baby and a great addition to the family.

Hadley Marie

Born on May 29 at 7:00pm

Weighing 7 pounds 7 ounces and 20.25 inches long.

We induced on Saturday since my Doctor was on call and she was 2 days overdue. We went into the hospital at 2pm and she was born at 7pm - quick day.

Day 3, this is the hat and outfit we brought her home in. I wanted just one photo. I feel 100 times better with this delivery than with Isaac's. There is no way I could have taken photos for a week with him.

Day 5. Went to my parents house and had fun with the beautiful natural light and my mom as an assistant. She did a great job!

Day 9, yes this photo is from today. I just had to take a couple before nap time. Although as soon as she left the heater she was awake and I didn't get a nap with Isaac. Oh well. I'm just hoping that tonight is a better night that this morning from 3am-7am. She really is a great baby though.

Isaac is the proudest brother. I'll have to add some photos of the proud brother in another post. Every time we let him hold her it is a smile better than I've ever seen from him. He is happy and has dealt with her in the household very well.

Thanks everyone for the continual thoughts and prayers. After a little scare in the delivery room and a delivery that was way too fast for her, she now has a set of lungs and cry with the best of them.
