Little Farmer

Wish my grandma had a computer she would like this photo. Guess I'll have to print it for our farming families. We just got home from a wonderful graduation party on the edge of town - beautiful yard, home and little piece of country. Isaac had a blast and crashed tonight in his bed.

3 DAY Weekend

What a Memorial Weekend. We put so much "to do" items in this weekend, but we still had a wonderful time. We decided to head to Red Lodge Saturday morning. We went to the wildlife park/zoo and Isaac had a great time listening to the wolves, seeing the bears, and watching the owls. Is this not the cutest owl - I would have taken her home, but I don't know how to tend to owls.

We then went to the Red Box Car and had lunch next to the river. Isaac loved the water and had a very good lunch. He is growing like a weed because right now he is eating tons! Last week he ate a serving of oatmeal, 1/2 yogurt, and then went to Heidi's for the day and had 2 waffles with her crew during breakfast. This is his favorite meal of the day - breakfast.

While Donovan re-shingled the shed roof Isaac and I watered all the plants around the house. The photo below is Isaac tending to my mother's day rose bush from last year. Thanks to my brother in law for the advice on how to take care of rose plants. It is coming in strong and healthy this year.



I hope everyone had a great weekend. I'm trying to keep everyone updated, but I'm busy. I have 5 projects at the airport all under construction right now, so I work from home when I find time. Plus I am watching an extra 2 year old on Wed and Fri mornings until school is out - so this is my last week. He is a sweetheart and Isaac is really starting to become friends with this little boy. I've enjoyed it. Tomorrow I'm watching 3-2 year olds, my niece, this boy and Isaac, so wish me luck. They will be fine, they all play together well.

Google Reader

Just a quick tip. I am looking for a photo to post my next blog. This is for all the bloggers out there that can/could/do spend hours of time catching up with everyone just to find that they haven't posted anything. Like me.

I love my blogs, I read and catch up with all my friends, family and photographers out there. So this has cut my time spent on line in half. Google Reader

I have all my friends inserted and all the blogs I love. You just click to this site, it shows you everything and bolds the "new posts". You can read them right in google reader or click on the link and add comments. Really what friend doesn't like to read a great comment from another friend. They make me smile and I read from another friend of mine they are like "little hugs". Totally agree. AND you don't even have to sign up with another account because blogger is a google account just sign in. Good luck and save yourself some time to spend with your families.
